TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The London Spray Company Ltd.

Nature of Services - We provide professional kitchen cabinet refinishing and spraying services.
Services may be carried out at the client’s property and/or at our workshop facility depending on project requirements.
We do not sell physical goods online. All services relate to bespoke refinishing work agreed in advance via quotation.

By accepting a quotation, the client agrees to the following:

• Full payment must be received prior to commencement of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any changes to the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in cabinetry, substrate failure, or previously applied coatings.
• Clients must ensure access to the property for the agreed duration of works.
• Completion sign-off confirms acceptance of the finished work.

These terms are governed by English law.
